Spruce Up - Executive - Sales Support (2-4 yrs)
Job Description :
1. Generates and processes new sales leads as necessary.
2. Maintain regular update on various sales activities and maintain those documents and reports in an organized and easily accessible manner.
3. Follow up with Field sales executives and Area Sales Managers to ensure customer feedback is tracked and maintained to make sure that they are satisfied with a particular product.
4. Ensure that sales persons are on track with sales goals by maintaining regular follow-up.
5. Coordinate with various departments to provide the necessary information and support for on-field sales representatives.
6. Provides any necessary data, research, information or reports to the sales team as and when required by them.
7. Exerts attention to detail, as customers may have the same problems; reports the problems as necessary
8. Acknowledges customers by responding to emails, texts, and phone calls.
9. Handle the company helpline number, record incoming calls and requests and forward such information to respective persons within the company.
10. Updates all contact information for clients.
11. Arrange travel and accommodations for any salesperson that is meeting clients outside of the office.
12. Carry out any necessary administrative work including filing reports or presenting sales team with necessary documents.
13. Follow-up with respective team members to update time Sheet of ASM/ Field Sales and update CRM/Lead tracker.
14. Create a system for all the departments within the company for Expense receipts filing on weekly basis.
Skills and qualification :
1. Excellent research skills.
2. General MBA.
3. 2+ years of work experience.
4. Work experience dealing with Government agents and distributors preferred.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
6. Time management skills.
7. Team management skills and experience preferred.
8. Administrative and organizational skills.
