Spritle Software - Executive - Business Development (1-3 yrs)
1. Familiarize yourself with all products and services offered by our company.
2. Procuring new clients through direct contact and collaboration with the marketing department.
3. Meet or exceed assigned quota monthly/quarterly/yearly in assigned territory or region.
4. Grow the existing client base by selling new products and services to them on a regular basis.
5. Manage leads, opportunities, and accounts in company CRM and ensure it is always up to date.
6. Report on a weekly basis status of the pipeline to the assigned team leader.
7. Demonstrate company products and solutions and be an expert in technical conversation.
8. Schedule and conduct site visits and regular follow up with the clients till closure.
9. Report on sales activities through a scheduled reporting structure.
10. Reaching the targets and setting goals, establishing, maintaining, and expanding the client base.
11. To build and enhance the company's brand image internally and externally.
