Job Summary :
- We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. This entry-level position is ideal for a fresh graduate with a flair for sales and excellent communication skills in Hindi. The Development Executive will play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and contributing to the overall growth of the organization.
Roles and Responsibilities :
Prospecting and Lead Generation :
1. Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industries.
2. Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media.
Client Outreach :
1. Initiate contact with potential clients to understand their needs and present our product.
2. Effectively communicate the value proposition to prospects and establish interest in our offerings.
Appointment Setting :
1. Schedule meetings and appointments for the sales team with qualified leads.
2. Ensure a smooth handover of leads to the sales representatives.
Relationship Building :
1. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular follow-ups.
2. Address client queries and concerns, providing timely and accurate information.
Sales Coordination :
1. Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for effective lead conversion.
2. Provide sales representatives with necessary information to support their presentations.
Sales Reporting :
1. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, interactions, and outcomes.
2. Generate regular reports on sales activities and progress.
Qualifications :
1. Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Business Administration
2. Excellent communication skills in Hindi (will be an added advantage).
3. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
4. Goal-oriented with a passion for learning.
5. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
