Job Description:

- E-mail communication with clients & agents.

- Prepare daily reports / summaries and sending it to Managers / TLs / Clients etc.

- Investigate and resolve the customer's queries.

- Research and build relationships with new clients.

- Maintain high level of accuracy with reasonable speed.

- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through emailing.

- Handling data research, lead generation like a business development profile.

Requirements and Skills :

- Proficiency in English

- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques

- Fast learner and passion for sales

- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach

- Aptitude in delivering attractive presentation
