Sprinklr - Community Manager (6-10 yrs)

We are currently in the journey of amplifying our existing community to onboard, engage contextually and provide a platform for networking and learning for customer facing professionals across the globe. The Community team will be part of the larger Customer Marketing organization, the vision of which is to engage meaningfully with customers, provide value and deliver delight.
What We- re Looking For:
We are seeking a talented Community Manager to identify, cultivate, and activate our community. The goal of our community management team is to provide value to our members, create superb customer experiences, and to spread the word about Social@Scale. Passion is a must, and we expect the Sprinklr Community Manager to have a passion for social media marketing and an enthusiasm for nurturing our community.
What You'll Do :
- Put together the strategy to onboard and engage with a section of the community basis persona/region/vertical etc.
- Analyze community insights and spot trends to inform content strategy
- Identifying and reporting KPIs and relevant metrics
- Providing weekly and monthly listening and engagement reports
- Foster community-to-community interaction, identify relevant and interesting resources to share with our community
- Create unique and personalized social content to drive community conversations
- Act as the voice of the Sprinklr brand and a bank of knowledge on the product
Who You Are & What Makes You Qualified:
- 6+ years in marketing research, social media, technology or communication (experience in working in a B2B SaaS community role preferred)
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong writing skills to create succinct and engaging social messaging
- Understanding of and experience managing popular social channels (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google+, Pinterest, YouTube, Instagram)
- Previous experience building community programs, managing social groups and chats
- Previous experience managing some social customer service
- Works well with a team but can take full responsibility for their goals and outcomes
An - always-on- work ethic
- Image editing skills a strong plus
- Knowledge of SMMS industry a strong plus
