The Role :
- We are looking for an impactful Organic Growth Marketer to join our team. In this role, you will help establish our brand presence by driving content outreach and virality across the globe through organic growth levers.
Responsibilities :
- Drive rapid user acquisition with organic growth engines using content as a channel
- Leading a team of content marketers, creating a content strategy, and executing with the team, while driving accountability and maintaining content velocity.
- Devise roadmap and content plan for organic content, including media channel plans
- Perform Keyword and topical research to enable the discovery of the brand
- Devise a strategy for link building and for content marketing to get massive organic traffic
- Perform content gap analysis to identify potential areas of growth for specific categories and geographies.
- Establish processes for new initiatives in aiding organic growth through SEO
- Setup, and execute search engine campaigns to ensure our brand content has a maximum outreach
- Track conversion rates and optimize ROI on different digital channels
- Drive product improvement for better conversion of leads.
Requirements :
- Experience with driving demand for B2B SaaS companies for 10-12 years
- People-management experience of over 4-5 years
- Hands-on experience in planning and implementing a successful SEO strategy
- Prior experience in building scalable content engagement through SEO, social media campaigns, and performance marketing initiatives
- Expertise in Keyword Research, Competitor benchmarking along with A/B testing, on-page, and off-page optimization techniques
- Deep knowledge of relevant tools such as SEMRush, HubSpot, etc. with a good understanding of SaaS products and e-commerce businesses.
