Job Summary :
- The person will be responsible to run inbound and outbound call & email processes.
- You are required to deliver a superior experience to the customer by solving their queries on time.
- The role requires collaboration with internal departments (Logistics, Marketplace, and Technology) to resolve customer queries.
Responsibilities :
1. Reach out to Business Customers and understand their nature of the business, what Apparel/products they sell.
2. Help customer select right apparel product from Spoyl's offering, help the customer with placing the order & making payments.
3. Maintain Key Accounts of big customers - wherein you will inform them about new arrivals, deals/discounts and help retailers with placing subsequent orders.
4. Maintain business relationship with assigned customer accounts.
Requirements :
1. Candidate should have minimum 1 Years of experience in Customer Support/Tele-Sales.
2. Preference shall be given to the candidates who have experience of Apparel Industry, E-Commerce or Retail Background.
3. Excellent Interpersonal Skills.
4. Flexible and open to changes and able to manage multiple tasks in restricted time frames.
5. Must be an intelligent, self-motivated and result oriented individual with a persuasive and positive outlook.
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
