Roles & Responsibilities:

- Identify & on-board influencer's from different social media platforms to Spoyl.

- You are responsible for managing relationships with influencers and agencies and other external partners

- You control all elements of an influencer marketing campaign from conception through execution to reporting

- You work closely with content, brand and online marketing teams to create and then implement new influencer marketing concepts

- You independently conduct the budgeting and price negotiations with influencers and agencies

- You monitor the KPIs on a daily basis and derive insights to improve the performance of campaigns

Desired Skills:

- You have successfully completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or similar

- Ideally, you have 0.6-2 years of professional experience in influencer marketing or start-up environments

- You have already worked with influencer databases or other tools, are familiar with Google, Youtube and Instagram Analytics and can deal with the common metrics in influencer marketing

- You are a Social Media Native and know the current trends on Instagram,

Facebook and YouTube (especially in the areas of Fashion & Lifestyle) - Your heart beats for fashion-

- You are creative and confident with your communication skills

- You are number-driven, fit in Excel and have a very good analytical understanding

- You are reliable, conscientious and have a great ability to organize

- You bring a high level of self-motivation and hands-on mentality

- Fluent in English {spoken and written}

- Result orientation, flexibility and humour complete your profile
