Spottabl - Manager - Performance Marketing (2-5 yrs)
You're Awesome At :
- Driving new user growth through Paid Media Channels.
- Using a data driven approach to manage campaigns and derive insights on strategy and performance
- Tracking and managing marketing spend efficiently and effectively across channels including Facebook campaigns, Google UAC campaigns, Ad networks and social media campaigns
- Creating, managing and optimizing campaigns across all digital channels including Google, Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, YouTube, Affiliates and others.
Youll Be Improving & Responsible To :
- Strategize and drive the entire paid marketing strategy to acquire users through multiple paid channels (Social, Search) in an efficient way. Primary goal would be to acquire quality users and drive revenue.
- Work closely with the digital marketing teams of the acquired brands to grow their traffic. Organise knowledge sharing and establish best in class processes.
- Being experimental in exploring new channels to drive traffic and acquisition which includes performance marketing strategies
- Drive hands on campaign setup, management and optimisation including A/B testing of targeting, landing pages and more to ensure revenue maximisation and cost minimisation
- Coordinate with the graphic design team/agency to get creatives made for ads
- Write creative briefs to define program objectives and KPIs, optimizing campaigns to maximize ROI
- Set up and monitor analytical dashboards and give insights of key areas of importance. Use this to recommend performance optimization methods
- Perform ongoing paid keyword discovery, expansion and optimization
- Collaborating with BU, tech, product, operations and category marketing to optimize programs, campaigns, and landing pages, based on the real-time performance and ROI goals
- Set up daily performance reports to analyze the performance and optimize campaigns
- High ownership and ability to work with minimal supervision
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Great ability to multi-tasking and prioritize
- Exceptional interpersonal skills that will aid in the execution of duties.
- Should have and previously demonstrated ability to prioritize and meet deadlines when working on multiple projects with tight deadlines.
Your Experience Across The Years in the Roles You've Played :
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Marketing or Online Acquisition Marketing, hands-on campaign and budget management experience with high growth consumer tech startups.
- Proven experience in running display campaigns across ad networks
- Revenue, CAC and LTV analysis and leverage data to optimise paid funnel to maximise revenue and Revenue/Cost
- Experience with tools including Google Adwords, Keyword tools, Google Analytics, FB Ads/Business Manager, YouTube Ads, DV360, and others as well as with tools such as Clevertap/Mixpanel etc
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
- A strong hold on Web Analytics, A/B Testing, and metrics driven marketing
- Outstanding ability to think creatively, identify and resolve problems
- Attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline driven atmosphere.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation
- Comfort in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, start-up environment
- High levels of proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides
