Role Overview :

We are seeking a results-driven Digital Ads Specialist with expertise in Facebook Ads and Google Ads platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing digital ad campaigns to ensure maximum ROI, increased conversions, and sales growth. You will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align strategies and ensure campaign objectives are met.

Key Responsibilities :

Campaign Setup & Management :

- Create, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Google Search, Display, and YouTube platforms.

- Set up audience targeting, ad creatives, and budget allocation based on campaign goals.

Performance Monitoring & Optimization :

- Track and analyze ad performance, adjust bids, and optimize campaigns to improve key performance metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS).

- Identify trends and insights to make data-driven recommendations and changes.

- Continuously test ad variations (A/B testing) to improve performance.

Budget Management :

- Manage and optimize ad spend across platforms, ensuring cost-effective strategies while maximizing conversions.

- Monitor daily budgets, track KPIs, and report on spending efficiency.

Conversion Tracking & Sales Optimization :

- Implement and optimize conversion tracking (Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, etc.) to measure ROI.

- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure campaigns are generating qualified leads and contributing to sales growth.

Strategy Development :

- Develop and execute comprehensive digital advertising strategies aligned with business objectives.

- Stay updated with the latest trends, platform updates, and best practices in digital advertising.

Reporting & Analytics :

- Provide regular performance reports on ad spend, conversions, sales impact, and recommendations for improvement.

- Present actionable insights and reports to stakeholders.

Requirements :

Experience :

- 2-5 years of hands-on experience managing Facebook and Google Ads campaigns.

- Proven track record of optimizing ad spend and driving conversions.

Skills :

- Strong knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads platforms (Search, Display, Video, and Shopping).

- Experience with audience segmentation, retargeting, and lookalike audiences.

- Proficiency in analytics tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Pixel.

- Understanding of key digital marketing metrics (CPA, CPC, CTR, ROAS, etc.).

- Familiarity with A/B testing and landing page optimization.

Technical Proficiency :

- Experience with conversion tracking, event setup, and analytics tools.

- Basic knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, or other web technologies is a plus.

Soft Skills :

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Certification in Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint.

- Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce) is a plus.

- Experience with third-party ad management and reporting tools like SEMRush, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
