Spotcodes - Executive - Business Development/Online Bidding (1-4 yrs)
- This full-time, on-site Business Development Executive - Online Bidder role is located in Noida.
- Your day-to-day tasks will include formulating and executing sales strategies, responding to RFPs, conducting sales meetings and product demos, managing and nurturing client relationships, preparing quotations, and negotiating pricing and contracts.
- You will also be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 2+ years of demonstrated experience in online bidding and Business Development
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to understand and vet client requirements and develop effective strategies to meet them
- Experience with contract and pricing negotiations
- Good understanding of online platforms such as Upwork, Guru, Freelancer, etc.
- Understanding of software and IT Services industry
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
