Sporting Ethos - Executive - Business Development (1-3 yrs)
Sporting Ethos is looking for a Business Development Executive who will work closely with the Managing Director to boost the growth of the company in a process-driven and ethical manner.
The key roles and responsibilities are and not limited to:
1. Meeting and engaging with prospective customers across target segments
2. Conducting various events/workshops to increase awareness about Sport Sciences and Sporting Ethos
3. Bossting the social media profile of the company and engagement with its target segments
4. Coming up with innovative ways to market Sporting Ethos in a cost-effective manner
5. Understanding the nuances of Sport Science to be able to effectively communicate the same to prospective clients.
6. Working with the Managing Director on key projects, presentations and important meetings
Some of the qualities we are looking at include:
1. Willingness to learn, work on the field and ability to proactively take initiatives
2. Good communication skills (both Hindi and English, written and verbal)
3. Strong work ethic and ethical approach to business development
4. Creative and innovative approach to sales and marketing is encouraged
5. Should be social-media savvy
6. Ability to understand technical terms, research papers
