Sportido - Manager - Telesales (1-3 yrs)
Sportido is a Sports-tech startup that helps its users find people and places to play sports in their neighbourhood. Founded in 2018, Sportido is a VC-funded startup and has won many Global accolades. We are finalists at the Startup World Cup 2019, held at San Francisco. Moreover, Sportido has also been selected as one of the Top Global Sports-Tech Companies by HYPE Spin Labs - University of Queensland, Australia.
We are looking for a creative and enterprising team member with tele-sales experience, who will work closely with the founders to kickstart the new groups initiative.
Following are the key responsibilities :
- Calling up users who have shown interest in playing a sport
- Selling and renewing subscriptions over the phone
- Resolving customer queries and grievances
- Assessing trends and recommending business opportunities
- Discussing and reporting key insights to marketing and tech teams
Desired Candidate Profile :
- 2-4 yrs experience in tele-sales or BPO
- Must be innovative, enterprising and dynamic
- Must have own laptop
- Must have a strong command over English
