Sportido - Manager - Customer Success (2-4 yrs)

We are looking for an enterprising individual with customer acqusition experience in a sales and support role.
Following are the key responsibilities :
- Calling up users who have shown interest in playing a sport
- Selling and renewing subscriptions over the phone
- Resolving customer queries and grievances
- Assessing trends and recommending business opportunities
Desired Candidate Profile :
- 2-4 yrs Experience in tele-sales or BPO
- Must be innovative, enterprising and dynamic
- Must have own laptop
- Must have a strong command over English
