Spoors Technology Solutions - Executive - Business Development (0-3 yrs)
Spoors is looking for Business Development executive with 1 to 3 years of end to end experience in Sales cycle.
Preferable in SaaS based B2B solution selling experience.
Job Location: Hyderabad
Work Model: Work from office only
Desired Skills, Experience and Responsibilities:
- Creating prospects list through primary and secondary research.
- Database maintenance & Cold Calling
- Creating pipeline.
- Contribute to building a list of qualified suspects along with marketing.
- Complete business development activities such as market research, pre-sales, presentations, proposals, and sales.
- Contacting prospects, meeting them, and converting prospects to sales.
- Track and follow-up with prospects to stay on their radar and nurture assigned leads till they convert into an opportunity.
- During the entire sales cycle, gather and immediately update concerned reporting manager with comprehensive prospect and opportunity data, statistics, and facts about the sale.
- Strict compliance of sales processes and adherence to best practices is mandatory.
Characteristics :
- Good team player with minimum supervision required.
- Candidate should be ready to travel.
- Candidates should have excellent communication skills and passion for business development.
- Extremely passionate about marketing and sales, desire to succeed, proactive, creative, & should have positive attitude.
