We are looking for enthusiastic, target driven and ambitious candidates to join our sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve a minimum target of quality sales calls per day
- Achieve a minimum target of quality lead research
- Maintain excellent knowledge of the products and industry
- Work to achieve the KPIs set by the Sales Director
- Sell Exito's products to senior level decision makers across key industries
- Record and maintain accurate client history.
- Drive opportunities to close.

- Fluency in English is essential
- Business acumen and drive to succeed
- Basic IT literacy in MS Excel, Word, email and internet
- Professional telephone manner and high communication skills
- Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment
- Good attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work well under pressure, meet targets and use initiative.

As a Sponsorship Manager / Executive you will:
- Manage the sale of sponsorship opportunities across a wide array of industries and events, plus;
- Identify prospective clients via targeted lead research within an assigned market
- Meet Sponsorship Targets for individual events
- Have the ability to work independently with limited supervision
- Develop a continuous pipeline of leads to generate new business opportunities
- Produce sales reports for weekly meetings
- Travel / on-site management.
