Responsibilities :
- Aside from the need to create buzz and orchestrate multi-channel marketing programs that drive demand, the digital marketing manager has countless responsibilities. Here are some of the responsibilities of this role :
- Develops and delivers marketing strategies to attract customers to the company website, online presence and promote our platform offerings.
- Designs and implements marketing campaigns to enhance influence of our B2B SaaS platform.
- Analyzes online statistics and marketing campaigns and identifies the best practice to optimize online marketing performance.
- Oversees development of e-marketing content and exploration of sales channels.
- Oversees development of content.
- Understand audiences across existing customers, prospects and the Fintech community to create interesting and new ways to engage and enable collaboration across these groups.
- Closely manage SEM spend, ensuring that budgets are used effectively.
- Establish a set of KPIs with sales and ensure marketing meets its part of the SLA and sales is additionally following up with marketing demand to lead to predictable revenue
- Interface with Sales, Product Management and Content Teams to ensure their ideas are brought to life
- Ensure that content reaches the right part of the sales funnel at the right time.
- Measure, analyze, and report campaign performance to the team
- Lead the development and management of digital assets (website, landing pages, emails content, and ads), working with individual contributors, agencies and contract partners
- Own overall digital technology stack; evaluate, recommend, and oversee implementation of new technologies to improve the process and optimize performance and can correctly attribute marketing activity to revenue contribution.
- Champion A/B testing and marketing best practices across the organization
- Develop a deep understanding of customers, products, and the buyer's journey.
- Create personas tied to specific customer needs and preferences.
Specifically we are looking for:
- Experience of planning and delivering targeted email marketing campaigns
- Social media savvy, understand business media channels
- Good data management experience/CRM understanding and enjoy maximising it's usage
- Excellent copy writing, a good - ideas person-, strong marketing instinct, creative and strategic approach
- Confident, enthusiastic, bright and ambitious
- Good team player, hardworking and hands on - results focussed
Qualifications :
- Minimum Bachelor's degree
- 4-5 years of digital marketing experience to include paid, organic, and SEO proven success
- Experience of using Marketing automation or lead management system, Zoho Marketing suite will be a plus.
- Strong writing, English or journalism background or related skills
- Knowledge of Fintech or tech industry and B2B go-to-market best practices, processes, and tactics
- Have an A/B testing and optimization mindset
- Proficient with all Microsoft Office applications
- Proficient utilizing Moz, Google AdWords, LinkedIn Ads, retargeting
- Understanding of Search Engine Optimization strategies and tactics
- Proven experience finding creative ways to do more with less, and a track record of staying on budget and deliver on time
- Highly motivated and willing to work within a fast-paced environment with an innate sense of urgency
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with good understanding of digital marketing analytics and social media.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a process driven, fast paced environment
- Excruciatingly detail-oriented
- Highly motivated, self-starting nature; you respond positively to moderate guidance yet are capable of (and comfortable with) independent critical thinking and problem-solving & a micromanager is your worst nightmare.
