Splenta Systems - Enterprise Sales Specialist (4-10 yrs)

At Splenta Systems, we are actively seeking a dynamic full-time Enterprise Sales Specialist based out of Bengaluru, who will play a pivotal role in driving our sales initiatives forward. As a key member of our team, you will leverage your technical expertise and sales acumen to identify and nurture sales opportunities, craft compelling presentations and proposals, deliver exceptional technical support to clients, manage key accounts, and uphold the highest standards of customer service.

As an Enterprise Sales Specialist, you will build a portfolio of clients by prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing new accounts and also engage with the existing clients. As client needs arise, you will identify opportunities to engage our network and position Splenta as a strategic talent partner.

Key Skills:

1. Enterprise Sales Expertise : You should possess a minimum of 5 years of proven experience in Enterprise Sales within the realm of IT services. Your deep understanding of the intricacies of enterprise sales will be instrumental in driving our business forward.

2. Exceptional Communication Skills : Your ability to articulate ideas effectively through impactful presentations and persuasive proposals is paramount. Moreover, your dedication to delivering excellent customer service will set you apart in this role.

3. Technical Proficiency : Proficiency in providing technical support is crucial for assisting clients in resolving complex technical issues. Your adeptness in navigating technical challenges will ensure smooth customer experiences.
