Senior/Associate - Customer Success
Gurugram, Haryana | Operations | Full time
Shift Timing : US Shift (9 hours shift between 7 pm to 8 am)
Working Days : 5.5 days with rotational off
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Answer and address chat with users promptly
- Respond to multiple inbound chats; gather and verify required information as appropriate
- Should be able to take customer care calls (inbound & outbound) with ease
- Communicate with new and existing users using the Internet and different software to give information and answer current courses, promotions, and new product offerings
- Resolve user query by determining the cause of the problem and working with others to offer a solution
- Handle subscription issues, trouble in services, product walk-through and advice the best solution as per the customer's requirement
- Answer and address emails promptly
Requirement :
- Minimum 2 years of working in customer service
- Must have experience in communicating with customers on phone, email, and chat
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Outstanding customer service skills and dedication to providing exceptional customer care
- Must be self-motivator and self-starter
- Flexibility in using, or learning to use, different methods for tracking and conveying information, such as Zendesk, Google docs, online chat program and email
- Excellent listening and analytical skills
- Strong time management skills
- Must be able to deal with people at all levels within the Company effectively
- Ability to multitask and successfully operate in a fast-paced, team environment
- Must adapt well to change and successfully set and adjust priorities as needed
