Job Description - Marketing Analyst

Responsibilities

- Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports.

- Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to acquire customers.

- Identify areas to optimize online marketing performance.

- Maintaining business dashboards/reports and reporting it to management.

- Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems.

- Work closely with management to prioritize business and information needs

Requirements

- Engineering graduate from a tier 1 college - IITs, BITS, DCE or NSIT

- At least 1 year of relevant experience

- Strong analytical and algorithmic problem-solving skills

- Strong knowledge of SQL, Excel, Dashboarding, Business reports.

- Hands on experience on Adwords search marketing.

- Knowledge of Python will be a plus.

- E-commerce/ Startup experience preferred but not mandatory.

- Familiarity with tools like Mixpanel, Looker, Google Analytics & Redis will be a plus.

- Good team player.

- Work independently under minimal direction with strong work ethic.
