Marketing Campaigns Manager :
At Splash Math, our brand is the key to business success. As the Marketing Campaigns manager, you will lead the execution of an array of marketing activities across our communications channels. We are looking for a rockstar marketer who will help shape the Splash Math's brand in USA. You will have the unique opportunity to run marketing campaigns for both B2B and B2C segments of the business.
You are a great fit if you can ideate and execute Integrate Marketing Campaigns across multiple platforms.
Responsibilities :
- Own the campaign calendar for both B2B and B2C marketing. Manage all forms of content generation for website, email campaigns, social media, events, sales presentations
- Understand buyer persona in good detail, and create audience-relevant messaging for key communications
- Plan and execute Integrated Marketing Campaigns around company events, public holidays, and other important occasions throughout the year
- Develop and implement new initiatives to create conversations with our audience on online channels - company website, social media, online communities etc.
- Lead company website updates by adding new audience-specific sections, SEO-related content to drive web conversions
- Support sales teams with competitive positioning, product brochures, company messaging, and product brochures etc
- Track campaign performance, derive data-backed insights to assess the impact and areas of improvement. Prepare campaign-specific and quarterly reports for the management
Qualifications :
UG : Any specialization; MBA required
- 5+ years of post-MBA experience in product marketing, marketing communications, and/or brand marketing
- Should be able to think globally and understand local cultural practices of USA
- Ability to deliver under tight deadlines
- Excellent writing skills
