Job Description:
- Providing Troubleshoot regarding any technical queries to International Clients.
- Should have knowledge of WINXP, WIN7, WIN8 till new OS.
- Able to take Desktop Remote Access from the client.
- Handling any calls related to software, printer, email, Network configure.
- Putting effort to solve the problem within the time limit.
- Up-to-Date Technical Knowledge that can use Hands on set.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Qualification: Any graduate, drop outs, pursuing graduation can apply
- Shift Timing : 9 PM to 6 AM
- Candidates with Excellent Communication Skill
- Understand Customers issue and query and able to provide Resolution on call
- Excellent convincing skills over call to the international clients
- Should have good presentation skill over call with excellent international accent
