About the role :
- This is a high ownership role - you will be responsible for leading a team of executives to drive sales, managing multiple initiatives and ensuring regular communication with the rest of the team.
Ideal Candidate :
- An ideal candidate would be a hardworking and enterprising individual, with excellent analytical and communication skills. Interested candidates must have an ingenious, scientific approach to problems, backed by a strong outcome-oriented point of view. Interested candidates must have demonstrated experience in sales.
Key Responsibilities Include :
- Leading a team of 10-15 executives to drive sales, coaching team members to achieve goals per business metrics
- Demonstrating the ability to multi-task, managing multiple initiatives.
- Building regular communication plans with the team
- Providing a space for questions and day-to-day problem resolution
- Overseeing deliverables for quality and guideline compliance
- Preparing and delivering sales reports to management
- Establishing a regular process of feedback and training in order to improve the quality of customer experience
- Assisting the sales manager with building and executing the sales strategy. This includes developing sales strategies that expand the customer base and ensure that the company maintains a strong presence in the industry
Requirements :
- Relevant experience in sales
- Fluent English verbal communications skills
- Demonstrated experience in customer service
Key Responsibilities of Team members would be :
- Closing deals with customers post hub office visit.
- And, negotiating upon the deals of cars. Managing payments etc. part.
- Consult customers on cars, pricing and market dynamics around the cars.
- Be customer champion by ensuring superb experience with company.
