Job Description :
- Lead a team of 10-15 Sales Agents to drive sales
- Ensure strong Lead Management, and coach the team members to achieve the goals on business metrics
- Demonstrate ability to multi-task and manage multiple initiatives. Prove the value proposition and institutionalize pilots across the organization
- Build regular communication plans with the team - questions, day to day problems, and oversee deliverables for quality and guideline compliance
- Responsible for preparing and delivering sales reports to management
- Continuously improve quality of the customer experience by establishing a regular process of feedback loop and training
- To assist the sales manager with sales strategy development and implementation. This includes developing strategic sales plans that expand the customer base and ensure the company maintains a strong presence in the industry.
