Spinny - Inside Sales Role (1-5 yrs)
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Calling the customer after their hub visit, quoting the price and handling any negotiations in order to make the sale.
- Engaging in active listening with callers, making recommendations for products or services that may enhance their journey
- Managing payments and maintaining a detailed report - Understanding and striving to exceed call center metrics while providing excellent customer service
Requirements:
- Relevant work experience in sales/inside sales/ telesales
- Graduation degree
- Good verbal communication skills in any of these- Tamil/Telugu/Marathi/Gujarati/Kannada
