Eligibility and Skills Set :
Experience : 1-2 years in customer service
Language : English, Hindi
- Strong command over English is essential for this role
- Excellent writing skills (without grammatical errors)
- Need Experience in Chat process
- Should be passionate about helping customers
- Should be comfortable handling complex issues in a high pressure environment
- High on ownership and self motivated
- Command over a south Indian language is a bonus
- Strong knowledge of working of cars is a bonus
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Handle and track customer queries, online ratings, customer reviews, and grievances etc.
- Employee will be responsible for the communication that go out on Valuedrive's brand's social media platforms such as Facebook, twitter and review websites such as mouthshut.
- Will be responsible for timely tracking, processing and responding to customer queries/reviews/grievances.
- We are looking for candidates with a strong command over English and an attention to detail.
- Good understanding of social media platforms.
