Spinny - Consultant - Telesales (1-10 yrs)
About the Role
You will be responsible for reaching out and supporting customers in their car buying journey with Spinny. You will play a critical role in customer engagement and must understand customer requirements to recommend products according to their needs.

An ideal candidate would be a hardworking and enterprising individual, with excellent analytical and communication skills. Interested candidates must have an ingenious, scientific approach to problems, backed by a strong outcome-oriented point of view. Interested candidates must have demonstrated experience in customer service.
Key Responsibilities Include :
- Building a relationship with the customer over call as the first point of contact from Spinny
- Engaging in active listening with callers, making recommendations for products or services that may enhance their journey
- Utilizing software, databases, scripts, and tools appropriately
- Understanding and striving to exceed call center metrics while providing excellent customer service
- Scheduling customer visits to retail hubs for the hub teams to take further
Requirements:
- 1+ years relevant work experience in tele-sales
- Graduate degree
- Fluent verbal communication skills - English, Hindi and regional language (Telegu/ Kannada/Marathi/Tamil/Gujarati)
- Demonstrated experience in customer service
