Spini - Executive - Business Development (1-4 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Creating a positive Brand Image /awareness of Spini in the minds of new prospective clients ( SMEs)
- Candidate has to meet every kind of business / commercial establishment and educate them how Spini is beneficial for them.
- Candidate will be given a particular area/territory for working- wherein he will have to visit all sorts of business establishments (small to big), meet the customers, make an entry of complete details of their business
- Establishment and pitch about signing up with how Spini and thus convert those prospects to customers.
- Be the primary point of contact for your assigned Sales Professionals in your city.
- Answer customers questions pertaining to service being offered.
- Come up with initiatives to expand the network of Sales Professionals & work closely with our HR in bringing new Field Executives.
- Contact customers (cold Calling) to offer or persuade them to purchase the services.
- Explains advantages and features of service being sold to stimulate customers interest.
- Rise to challenges and believe in building real and meaningful relationships with our network of Sales Professionals.
- Solicit new business from Sales Professionals, maintain relationships, gather intelligence, follow- up on inquiries, provide appropriate information to them.
