Job Description
- Good communication skills, Good Attitude, Flexible
- Processing invoices, Customer Preparing Quotation for the Customer enquiries, Payment Request and payment follow ups.
- Communicate with Customers with regards to order progress.
- Handling Customer calls
- Payment Request and Payment follow ups.
- Generating reports, Good in Excel/Word, Mailing, sending quotation, preparing tender documentation, Customer documentation
- Interacting with customers, assists sales team, Handling customer query, generating reports
Desired Candidate Profile
- Experience in sales coordination or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus;
- Good computer skills (MS Office)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A team player with high level of dedication
