Spinach Studios - Intern - Client Services (0-1 yrs)
Client Servicing: Roles and Responsibilities :
- Managing end-to-end Creative and Strategic requirements of assigned clients
- Routinely coordinating and aligning internal client teams as well as the Spinach team
- Being an integral part of client briefings and the requirement gathering process
- Addressing client queries in a prompt and timely manner
- Ensuring all client conversations with the Spinach team are well documented on email
- Streamlining internal operational processes
- Managing vendor/partner onboarding documents
- Developing detailed Sprint Plans for project deliveries
- Managing the delivery of final files for projects
- Providing Creative and Strategic inputs on projects
Basic requirements :
- Work from office and based in Mumbai
- 0-1 years experience in client management and project management
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Knowing the basics of UI/UX is a major plus
