SpikeROAS - Digital/Performance Marketing Role (1-3 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand advertising goals, target audience, and campaign objectives.
- Manage Facebook ad campaigns, including ad set-up, targeting, and budget allocation.
- Conduct thorough keyword research and competitor analysis to inform ad strategies.
- Monitor ad performance and adjust campaigns to optimize for key metrics, including click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, average order value (AOV), and return on ad spend (ROAS)
- A/B test ad creatives, headlines, and ad copy to determine the most effective messaging.
- Stay updated with the latest Facebook advertising trends, algorithms, and best practices.
- Provide regular performance reports and insights, demonstrating the impact of Facebook ad campaigns.
Requirements :
- Proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager and Power Editor.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Creative mindset with the ability to craft compelling ad copy and visuals.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with clients and cross-functional teams.
- E-commerce experience
