Spektra Systems - Executive - Performance Marketing (2-6 yrs)
Spektra Systems is looking for a Performance Marketing Executive to work with the Marketing Team. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys driving revenue, user acquisition and brand awareness with digital marketing. This role entails the planning, implementation, optimization and reporting of performance and digital marketing initiatives.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Ideate and execute paid campaigns on Google Ads and LinkedIn
- End to end management of Performance Marketing across paid social networks
- Plan, implement, and monitor our Digital Marketing campaigns
- Optimize content for the website and social networking channels
- Manage budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to drive strong return on investment
- Prepare accurate reports on our marketing campaign's overall performance
- Drive traffic and maximize ROI across Paid Social channels.
- Monitor key digital marketing metrics to track success
Requirements :
- 3-4 years of experience in performance marketing
- Experience of working with Ad budgets of $10,000 and above in B2B SaaS space
- Mandatory experience of working on Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads and Hubspot
- Knowledge of various social media platforms and website analytics
- Knowledge of content management systems
- Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities
