Reporting to : National Sales Head & dotted line to Management
Position Overview :
We are seeking a results-driven Divisional Sales Manager to lead our sales initiatives, focusing on business growth and development within our existing clientele. The ideal candidate will excel at nurturing long-lasting relationships with loyal customers, driving repeat sales, and re-engaging lapsed clients. This role requires strong people management skills and a strategic approach to maximize our business potential.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Business Growth :
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales from existing customers.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within the current client base.
- Monitor sales performance and adjust tactics as needed to achieve growth targets.
2. Client Relationship Management :
- Foster strong, enduring relationships with key clients to enhance customer loyalty.
- Conduct regular check-ins and feedback sessions to understand client needs and concerns.
- Establish a customer-centric culture focused on delivering exceptional service.
3. Customer Retention and Re-engagement :
- Analyze data to identify lost or inactive clients and develop targeted re-engagement strategies.
- Create initiatives to win back lost customers, including personalized outreach and tailored offers.
- Implement loyalty programs to incentivize repeat purchases and strengthen customer relationships.
4. Sales Team Leadership :
- Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team goals.
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the team's sales skills and product knowledge.
- Foster a collaborative and motivating team environment focused on achieving business objectives.
5. Performance Analysis :
- Track sales metrics and KPIs to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management, highlighting achievements and strategic recommendations.
Qualifications :
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales management, particularly with a focus on existing clientele.
- Strong understanding of customer relationship management and retention strategies.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience in managing and developing a sales team.
