A certified marketing professional possessing a thorough knowledge in all aspects of digital marketing from SEO, PPC, Social Media, to Email Marketing, Content Marketing and Website Management. Ready to work smart with an ability to develop and lead the team.

Job Responsibilities

- Owning of all the aspects of digital marketing (SEO, PPC, email, website, content, social media, etc.) and keep a close watch to optimize them with the help of a team

- Utilization of the marketing CRM to the optimum level

- Initiate avenues to achieve SQLs and keep a track

- Contribute to marketing effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed.

- Collaborates with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.

- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)

- Plan, execute and optimize online adverts through Google Adwords, LinkedIn etc. To increase brand awareness

- Complete digital marketing department operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees and following up on work results

- Be actively involved in SEO efforts with the team

- Developing original website content and suggesting creative ways to attract more customers and promote brand across all online platforms

- Prepare custom and automated newsletters and promotional emails and measure ROI

- Collaborate with designers and developers to improve UI and UX of our brand website

- Maintain the team by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees

- Maintain the team's job results by counselling and disciplining employees; and planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.

- Maintain a report of each service contribution in overall business

Required Skills : 

- Minimum 5+ years of digital marketing experience in the relevant industry

- Education Qualification: MBA - Marketing, Engineering background is an added advantage

- Proficiency in English language [complete schooling from English Medium is a must]

- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.

- Highly creative with excellent logical and analytical approach.

- Outstanding written communication and interpersonal skills.

- Knowledge and hands-on experience of digital marketing channels

- Must have the drive to achieve number targets
