Job Role :
- Demonstrate products and show consumers how to maximize their features.
- Responsible for making outbound calls and regular follow-up on calls/leads assigned.
- Answering inbound calls /customer queries related to our services.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills with a high productivity rate.
- Good knowledge of mail drafting.
- Customer service skills.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers
- Achieve or exceed sales targets
Requirements :
Any Graduation
- Minimum 1-8 years of experience in Sales
Language known - English & Gujarati, Hindi (preferable)
- Should be logically strong & should be able to grasp end customers need and explain more about product
- Must be confident for product demonstration
- Desired Personality traits
- Aggression, Self-Drive & Result orientation
- Strong work ethics and sense of commitment
- Strong Interpersonal Skills
- Ability to work in a faced paced environment
