About the Role:

We are currently in search of a highly experienced IT and Software Technology Sales and Marketing professional to join our dynamic team. Our ideal candidate boasts a minimum of 5 years of proven success in selling and marketing technology solutions to businesses. This role entails the development and execution of strategic sales and marketing initiatives aimed at propelling growth and revenue.

Responsibilities:

- Craft and Execute Comprehensive Sales and Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement innovative sales and marketing plans aligned with company objectives.

- Client Acquisition and Nurturing: Proactively identify and nurture new business relationships with potential clients, fostering meaningful connections.

- Client Relationship Management: Maintain and nurture existing client relationships, ensuring exceptional satisfaction and loyalty.

- Engage in Client Presentations and Meetings: Conduct engaging presentations and meetings with potential clients, effectively conveying complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

- Stay Informed on Industry Trends: Keep abreast of evolving industry trends and market dynamics to inform our strategies effectively.

- Team Building and Development: Build and lead a small, high-performing sales and marketing team to achieve collective success.

- Analytics and Continuous Improvement: Monitor and analyze sales and marketing metrics to gauge success and provide data-driven recommendations for enhancement.

- Participation in Industry Events: Represent SpeckyFox at trade shows, conferences, and other relevant marketing events.

Requirements :

- Location : Noida Sector 62.

- Work Mode: Hybrid.

- Immediate Joiner: The ideal candidate should be available for an immediate start.

- Educational Background: Possess a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Relevant Experience: Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in successfully selling and marketing technology solutions to businesses.

- Technical Acumen: Demonstrate a strong grasp of technology solutions and the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to a non-technical audience.

- Communication Skills: Exhibit exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster productive relationships.

- Collaborative Approach: Ability to work both independently and as an integral part of a team.

- Flexible Schedule: Willingness to work flexible hours to accommodate client collaborations across different time zones.

- Travel Flexibility: Be open to travel as required, ensuring you can represent the company effectively in various locations.
