Specification Manager - Sales - Chemical (4-5 yrs)
1. Candidate should have a strong technical background
2. Educational background- Civil Engineer / Bsc / Msc Chemistry
3. Candidate should have 4 - 5 years of experience in Building products/ construction chemicals industry with exposure in concept / specification selling.
4. A strong and influential presenter in front of large groups having excellent communication skills. Ability to present at all levels of an organization in various communication modes.
5. Experience in an architectural/ building product sales role including all aspect of the sales cycle; prospecting of new clients, networking within industries, selling to specification and multiple steps sales processes.
