Specialist - Technical Support - BPO (4-10 yrs)
Essential Functions :
1. Provide world class post sales Technical Support for the customers across the globe
2. Oversees customer issues and ensure effective and long-term problem resolution.
3. Maintains in-depth working knowledge of systems and processes.
4. Responds to customer inquiries and problem solving in a professional and effective fashion.
5. Be a customer advocate for documentation, timely resolution of issues, for problem reproduction and escalation.
6. Acts as a resource in resolving customer issues brought to the Department.
Competencies :
1. Superior verbal, written communication and customer handling skills.
2. Experience in L2/ L3 Technical support
3. Problem Solving/Analysis.
