Specialist - Social Media Marketing (3-6 yrs)

We are a fashion accessories export label that is now venturing into the online retail space for the domestic market. We are looking for an experienced, passionate, and creative Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a Social Media Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and administering content on all social media platforms to develop our brand awareness, build an audience, ensure customer engagement and generate sales.

Key Duties and Responsibilities :

Social media marketing manager's responsibilities revolve around organising and running marketing campaigns over social media platforms. Typical responsibilities include :

- Creating content, including text, posts, video, and images for use on social media

- Promoting products and content over social media in a way that is consistent with the organisation's brand and social media strategy

- Leveraging social media to identify and acquire customers.

- Developing new social media strategies and campaigns

- Managing the budget allocated for promoting social media posts and boosting sales

- Understanding and keeping track of important social media metrics to analyse the performance of social media campaigns

Skills and Qualifications Required:

- 3+ years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or a similar role preferably within the same industry

- Excellent knowledge of various social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, as well as social media best practices

- Good understanding of social media KPIs as well as marketing analytics tools like Google Analytics

- Photo and video-editing experience

- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills

- Analytical ability and problem solving skills

- Excellent multitasking skills

- Good time-management skills

- Self-motivated yet customer-focused
