Job Profile:
- Retention calling to Credit Card customers on the closure requests
- Explaining the T&C, resolving customer queries and taking customer feedback on his card
- Highlighting credit card features to the customer, soft retention efforts, retention tool usage to convince irate customers
- Effectively coordinating with stakeholders/other units in case of customer queries/dispute
- Daily MIS/ reporting for preclosure calls with the customer feedback
Skills:
- Strong communication skills - written and verbal
- Preferably good understanding of the cards inbound process
- Effective query resolution skills & convincing skills
- Focus on successful call retention
