Job Responsibilities :
Market Scanning :
- Collecting data through business websites and industrial journals to analyze market potential
- Researching Start-ups, SMEs and Mid-size enterprises.
- Connecting with the Founders, CEO- s, Head HR's, and Decision-makers.
- Market research and competition mapping.
Acquisition :
- Establishing connects with Strategic level Executives (Director-HR, Head - HR) and senior management of the company.
- Meeting and presenting business plans to create a win-win model
- Presenting financials and closing deals which include price negotiation and discussions on legal clauses.
Reporting :
- Maintain Field steering reports tracking sales efforts.
- Analyzing weekly reports and preparing Sales strategy for self.
Business Presentations :
- Prepare prospect specific business presentations.
- Present them to the decision-makers
- Looking forward to a female candidate who wants to start her 2nd innings in career or Specially Abled who want to drive client success and passionate about sales.
