Specialist - Marketing Operations (3-5 yrs)
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Under the direction of the Marketing Operations Director, the Operations Specialists will manage the marketing technology stack
- Evaluate, prioritize, and implement new technologies to improve and optimize marketing processes, drive revenue generation and ensure a consistent customer experience; assure smooth integration with the current stack
- Establish, optimize and oversee end-to-end marketing processes to ensure they are efficient, scalable and organized
- Continually improve and optimize data quality across marketing database
- Measure performance and track the impact of campaigns and tactics
- Provide reporting showing accurate view of marketing performance and business contribution
- Proactively analyze marketing data to develop insights and make recommendations on areas for improvement
- Collaborate with the demand generation team to optimize results, attribution models and funnel economics to meet KPIs
- Code all email sends, complete QA for each send on time - generally weekly
- Deliver leads to sales expeditiously using the technology stack, coding Lead Angel, track sales activities
- Troubleshoot marketing stack issues and apply fixes with urgency
- Attend US team meetings daily
Skills & Requirements :
- 3-5 years in B2B marketing
- Thorough understanding of marketing principles and practices
- Proven experience managing marketing technology systems, with a strong background in Marketo and basic Salesforce knowledge
- Experience implementing and optimizing multi-touch attribution models and solutions
- Project Management skills
- Strong quantitative orientation
- Highly organized and autonomous, but also collaborative and able to work cross-functionally
- Comfortable and energized operating in a fast-paced environment
- 3-5 years of HTML capability
- Demonstrated leadership in applying marketing technology to improve execution and contribute to company growth
CERTIFICATIONS :
- Marketo Certified Expert - Required
- Basic SFDC experience
