Specialist - Marketing - IT (4-8 yrs)

Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Marketing and Sales team to execute aspects of the marketing strategy, including lead generation
- Plan, execute, and maintain the marketing campaign schedule
- Produce integrated marketing campaigns (email, social, and web)
- Assist with content creation to support integrated drip and event-based campaigns including collateral such as success stories, whitepapers, infographics, webinars, advertising, blogs, and multimedia.
- Measure and report campaign effectiveness to the Director on a weekly and monthly basis (using Pardot)
- Plan and execute BIG's digital marketing strategy
- Create and distribute relevant social content and campaigns that educate and grow engagement with our audience.
- Manage and produce paid social advertising and measures of success.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experiences.
- Assist with evaluating and redesigning the BIG website and relevant landing pages.
- Assist with graphic design efforts
- Design required infographics, presentations, marketing materials, etc.
- Assist with all event-related activities
- Provide logistical support for tradeshows and BIG-hosted events for prospects, Partner Account Executives, sales teams, customers, and industry.
Requirements and skills
- Post-secondary degree with a focus on Marketing or Communications
- Proven working experience in marketing
- Proven strong copywriting skills for a variety of mediums including collateral, marketing emails, blogs, and social media.
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.
- Creative expertise in identifying target audiences and building digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
- Intermediate knowledge of the Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Experience working with WordPress website maintenance as well as basic HTML & CSS.
- Solid knowledge of website and platform analytics tools including Pardot, Google Analytics, and LinkedIn.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team approach.
- Ability to quickly grasp new technologies and processes, and make recommendations for improvements.
- Must be able to take initiative, make recommendations, and balance a variety of concurrent demands in a friendly and professional manner.
