Specialist - Lead Generation (3-8 yrs)
We are looking for an experienced and skilled lead generation specialist for driving sales and meetings for our business. The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in technology and the internet.
Responsibilities :
- Searching and finding the decision makers of relevant companies from online portals, search engines, and magazines.
- Communication with the leads through email campaigns and social media outreach for promoting our services.
- Maintaining an updated database of collected leads and following up with them until you get response.
- Segmenting leads based on the responses and scheduling meetings.
- Be an expert user of tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, Hunter, Owler, Zoominfo, GetProspect, ZeroBounce, Funnelbake, Pipedrive, Drift, etc. for outreach and lead generation.
- Measure, track & improve ROI from lead generation initiatives.
- Prepare lead generation project plan, create email copies and execute the project.
- Experience in any types of email outreach platforms.
- Use Internet research to develop company & contact lists, curate email databases, CXO lists, etc.
Ideal candidate will have the following characters and skills :
- Internet savvy person who is eager to learn new things.
- Excellent at spreadsheets and reports.
- Analytical and comfortable with databases.
- Agile and go-getter personality
- Good background in digital marketing practices.
- Passionate about using the latest and best marketing automation & lead generation tools.
