Specialist - Lead Generation (1-3 yrs)
The Lead Data Entry Specialist is responsible for meticulously scanning websites, job boards, and various online platforms to identify potential leads. This role emphasizes the accurate research and data entry of leads into our database, ensuring the quality and reliability of information that serves as a foundation for our sales and marketing efforts.

- We also offer an Enterprise SaaS Solution for the Construction Industry. We are in BETA with our item management system; this allows Architects, Designers, Contractors and Supply Showrooms to work together in managing the selection and specification of building materials.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Sourcing and data mining:
- Diligently scan, research, and identify potential leads from websites, job boards, online directories, and other digital platforms.
- Verify the authenticity and relevance of the sourced leads to ensure alignment with company criteria.
- Use data mining techniques to extract and manipulate information from extensive datasets. This includes cleaning, organizing, and structuring data for analysis.
Lead Qualification:
- Assess the quality and suitability of leads to ensure they align with our target audience and offerings. Verify and validate lead information as needed.
Data Entry:
- Accurately input lead details into the company's database, ensuring all required fields are filled out comprehensively.
- Review and correct any discrepancies or errors in data before final entry.
Database Maintenance:
- Regularly update and cleanse the database to ensure all lead information is current and free from redundancies.
- Collaborate with the IT or database management team to optimize database performance and usability.
Quality Assurance:
- Implement quality control measures to maintain the integrity and accuracy of entered data.
- Cross-reference entered data against source materials to prevent and correct errors.
Continuous Learning:
- Stay updated with the latest digital platforms and tools that can enhance lead-sourcing capabilities.
- Recommend new sources or websites that could be potential goldmines for lead information.
Reporting:
Provide regular updates on the volume of leads sourced and entered, and any challenges faced during the process.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
1-2 years of experience in data mining, research, lead generation, or related roles.
