Specialist/Freelance - Performance Marketing (4-5 yrs)
We @ La Decoller are looking out for a Performance Marketing Manager who will primarily be responsible for the management of digital accounts and diversifying the channel mix using paid social channels. The role will focus on campaign-specific results and drives the marketing department's commercial performance.
Key Responsibilities :
- Drive campaigns from planning to execution and beyond to meet key performance metrics
- Optimizing campaigns across multiple channels to deliver the best return on investment
- Identify replicate marketing strategies, tactics and channels that address business pain points and convey product benefits to drive new customer acquisition - with an implement, test, and measure mindset
- Allocate budgets and analyze and recommend modifications to ad spends
- Collaborate with marketing teams to guide creative tests, incrementality tests, and spend scaling tests on campaigns online and offline to identify what works best.
- You test different value propositions and messages across different channels to find the best angle to introduce our product for each target group
- Test new channels and trends (such as voice search, Augmented Reality, Virtual Reality, Digital Out of Home, etc.)
- Optimize marketing budgets to maximize Cost per Acquisition (CPA) and efficiently scale new customers.
Qualification :
- 4+ years of experience in Digital and Social Media Industry.
- Salary: Negotiable.
Requirements :
- Having an entrepreneurial mindset
- Fast and willing to learn
- Understanding of statistics and ability to support hypotheses with data
- Experience in performance marketing & SEO
- A/B Testing and Data Analytics experience
- Being curious and creative
- Being relentless in pursuit of growth
- Preferred to have experience in Hotjar, Semrush, Hubspot and/or other similar tools within the growth stack
