We have an urgent opening for Customer Care Specialist (Executive/Senior Executive) for one of our client organizations founded in 2008, based in San Francisco, California. They are a trusted community marketplace for people to list, discover, and book unique travel experiences around the world. They provide an online marketplace for arranging or offering lodging, primarily home stays, or tourism experiences.
Job Specifications :
Relevant work experience: 6 Months to 6 Years
Shift Timings : 24- 7 Shifts
5 days working, 2 Rotational offs
International voice process

Job Requirement :
- Candidate should be open to work for Email, Chat and Voice process.
- It is pure international voice process.
- However, the candidate should be open to shift between chat and email as required.
- Cabs between 8 PM and 8 AM
- Free meals.
- 4 Rounds of interview
Skills :
- Graduates with 6 months of International Voice experience.
- International calling background is a must
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
