- Minimum of 3 years- experience as an LMS and training administration or in similar position

Additional Qualification preferred:
- Coursework and/or certifications relating to learning management system administration preferred
- Social media or knowledge management experience
- Familiarity with course design and development
- Project management experience
Responsibilities:
As LMS manager
- Manage online learning with the state of the art Learning Management
- Use social forums to communicate training programs and reports
- Manage user structures, learning cohorts, online training programs
- Create / publish, online and blended learning solutions
- Share LMS analytics and provide inputs to stakeholders
- Drive LMS effectiveness and visibility for the organization
- Maintain and manage the training repository
- Serve as a point of escalation for support issues, which may include interaction with LMS vendor and other technical support teams
- Coordinate with all stakeholders to drive adoption and course completion
As a Training Manager:
- Manage and maintain the training calendar
- Publish all training reports to respective stakeholders
- Liaise with internal stakeholders for ILT programs
- Coordinate with vendors for training / program requirements
- Manage vendor operations i.e. logistics, invoices (upload, follow-up, status update) etc.
As a content developer:
- Build online assessments and evaluations in LMS for courses.
- Create and manages the course structure and sets up course programs based on specifications provided
- Evaluate & develop content requirement through TNA/TNI
