Specialist - Digital Marketing (5-10 yrs)

Location : Jaipur(wfh)
Experience : 5to 7yrs
Salary : 40k
Responsibilities :
- Maneuver digital marketing campaigns through all areas of the project life cycle
- Clearly understand and implement digital marketing campaigns which fit client needs
- Provide analytical reporting of campaigns to stakeholders
- 5-10 years of experience with PPC/Facebook platforms, including Google AdWords and Display platforms as well as Facebook Business Manager.
- Knowledge of the digital marketing industry, trends and new developments.
- Detail oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
- Should have exceptional communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to think analytically, solve problems, make decisions and use sound judgment when it comes to budget.
- Experience with conversion tracking using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Pixel, etc.
- Google AdWords or Facebook Blueprint Certifications would be amazing.
- Able to create Reports at the end of the project
- Regularly monitoring and reporting on all aspects of client campaigns (online and offline) to measure and optimize based on campaign goals.
- Ensuring that the relevant tracking is in place to measure all aspects of digital campaigns, leveraging Google Tag Manager, UTM parameters and Google Analytics, among others.
- Managing a suite of measurement and reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Google Trends, Google AdWords, Omniture and social media analytics. Experience with Pardot/Salesforce is a plus.
- Working with web projects and building landing pages to support marketing campaigns. Experience with Unbounce is a plus.
- Comfortable working with Excel and PowerPoint to organize and present data Search Engine Marketing: - SEM/SEO (30%).
- Coordinating monthly search reports for clients and communicating results to internal stakeholders within the context of broader campaign tactics and goals.
- Keyword analysis & research.
- Monitoring optimization initiatives and results.
- Define needs for digital content and work with developers and designers, assisting in coordinating resource allocation, work prioritization, sprint planning, and deployment schedules
- Managing projects efficiently with a keen eye on all the details - budgets, timelines, resources.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Experience with SEO and SEM Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills
- 3 - 5+ years in the marketing industry with experience in integrated digital marketing, including campaign execution, management and measurement.
- Strong English organizational and communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Ability to work under pressure with a positive attitude, proactive and a self-starter.

- Experience and knowledge of paid media platforms, such as Google Ads, social media.
- Google certified for Analytics and Ads (SEM, Display, Search, Video, Shopping and Mobile Advertising preferred).

- Agency experience required, or equivalent experience working in an entrepreneurial, client-focused environment.
