Experience : 2.0 - 5.0 Year
Must-Have:
- Some knowledge about India Gold's product
- Graduation with minimum of 2 years of chat or email experience
- Excellent command over English and Hindi (Verbal & Written both). Any other regional language is an added advantage
- Willing to provide service over chat, email and also calls sometimes
- Strong knowledge of Mobile App Technology, is socially active on various social media platforms
- Ability to prepare content and improve FAQ's and email templates
- Good knowledge about email and chat SAS based CRM's
- Ability to devise solutions to complex problems by coordinating with Technology and Operations
- Must display positive energy, service-oriented attitude towards customers and the team
- Credible, high on Integrity, approachable and remains calm under pressure
- Strong influencer with great negotiation skills and ensures every customer leaves as a Happy customer
- Willing to work in shifts and 6 days working
